I made the helmet for 'Captain Thorpe'. It was constructed using a bought helmet visor, plastazote, leatherboard, lycra and neoprene. Other employees working at 'Rainbow Productions Ltd' made the rest of the costume including gloves, shoes, cloak and trousers.
